The PBT© is at the cutting edge of burnout risk analysis methodology, thanks to its scientific, rigorous and trustworthy approach.

The PBT is the result of many years of academic research at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), led by researchers and specialists in the field.

In 2013, the PBT was launched in paper format, and is used by several experts and psychotherapists. This practical use has allowed us to improve and refine the questionnaire, making it more complete, more specific and more relevant to today’s workplace.

Usage on the ground has enabled us to develop an innovative model, unique to the PBT: the “multi-factor burnout risk exposure model”. This powerful model breaks an individual’s burnout risk down into several factors, and is the keystone of our approach. Digital development work began in 2015, leading to the creation of the current version: a fluid and user friendly digital tool, delivering high value-added information to companies and their employees. The PBT meets the highest international standards in psychometric testing.

The PBT© is a digital diagnosis tool for preventing burnout and cognitive overload, based on the overall analysis of data gathered through a dynamic questionnaire. This overall analysis is, in turn, based on a powerful model and an innovative methodology. 

The PBT is not a tool examining the pathology of existing cases of burnout, nor a tool for curing burnout. The PBT takes an entirely preventative approach to burnout :
